  5. Confirm subscription

Your Data is Secure
SpinStrategy never stores your payment details. All transactions are encrypted and handled by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor.

Managing Your Subscription

Update Payment Method

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Click Update Payment Method
  4. Enter new card details
  5. Save changes

Cancel Subscription

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Confirm cancellation
After cancellation, you keep Premium access until the end of your current billing period. Then you'll be automatically downgraded to FREE.

Reactivate Subscription

If you canceled and want to return:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Click Upgrade to Premium
  3. Complete checkout
  4. Instant reactivation!

What Happens When You Downgrade

If you cancel Premium or it expires, you'll be downgraded to FREE:

  • Strategies: Keep all strategies, but can only edit 3 (rest become read-only)
  • Progressions: Keep all progressions, but can only edit 2 (rest become read-only)
  • Session History: Can only view last 5 sessions (older sessions hidden, not deleted)
  • Autoplay: Disabled (revert to manual betting only)
  • Charts: Basic charts only (advanced charts disabled)
Your Data is Safe
Downgrading does NOT delete any data. All sessions, strategies, and progressions are preserved. Upgrade again to regain full access.

Invoices & Receipts

Access invoices for all charges:

  1. Go to Dashboard → Billing
  2. Scroll to Billing History
  3. Click Download next to any invoice

Invoices include:

  • Date and amount charged
  • Payment method used
  • Billing address
  • Tax information (if applicable)

Taxes

  • Prices shown exclude taxes
  • Sales tax/VAT added at checkout based on location
  • Tax rates determined automatically
  • Shown on invoices for accounting

Free Trial

No Free Trial Currently
SpinStrategy does not offer a free trial for Premium. However, the FREE plan has no time limit and requires no credit card, so you can test core features indefinitely before upgrading.

Lifetime Subscriptions: 14-day money-back guarantee - request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

Monthly/Yearly Subscriptions: No refunds due to the nature of digital products. However:

  • Start with FREE plan to test before committing
  • Cancel anytime with no penalty
  • No long-term contracts

FAQ

Can I switch between plans?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades are instant, downgrades take effect at end of billing period.

What if my payment fails?

You'll receive an email with instructions to update payment method. Grace period of 7 days before downgrade to FREE.

Can I get a discount?

We occasionally offer promotions. Follow us on Twitter/Discord for announcements. Students/educators may qualify for discounts - contact support.

Is there an annual plan?

Yes! We offer monthly, yearly (with savings), and a 🔥 limited-time lifetime option 🔥. All pricing is managed through Stripe.
