Common questions and solutions to help you get the most out of SpinStrategy.
SpinStrategy tracks your play and places the bets your strategies call for; it does not touch casino software or outcomes. Autoplay clicks bets for you, and some casinos restrict automation in their terms, so check your casino's rules before using it.
No. Roulette has a built-in house edge (about 2.7% on a European wheel, 5.3% on American) and no tool or strategy overcomes it in the long run. SpinStrategy helps you manage a bankroll systematically, test strategies with real and simulated data, and track performance objectively. It cannot change the odds.
The web app is responsive and works on phones and tablets for everything except live play. The desktop app is for Windows, Linux, and macOS (Apple Silicon); there is no mobile app.
Shuffle.com (Original Roulette, Evolution Live, Pragmatic Live) and Stake.com (Evolution Live, Pragmatic Live). The Desktop App page renders the current list from the app's own configuration. Request more in the Discord community.
All traffic is HTTPS, sign-in is handled by Clerk, and payments by Stripe. SpinStrategy never stores your casino credentials. The desktop app reads your casino balance and currency to size bets and never reads your casino login or payment details. Crash reports go to Sentry with your user ID. Enable two-factor authentication on your casino account.
Yes. Share Strategy on a strategy page creates a public link that others can view, simulate, and clone. Sessions and templates can be shared the same way, and a shared strategy can be embedded on a website.
Yes, on every plan. Every session and template has a Sandbox tab (click a pocket to simulate the outcome on a board that mirrors the real engine) and a Simulation tab (Monte Carlo runs). Strategy and progression pages have their own simulators too. See Sandbox & Simulation.
Roulette is entertainment, not income. Never bet more than you can afford to lose.
Settings → Account → Manage Profile opens your Clerk profile, where you can add, verify, and switch email addresses.
On the sign-in page click Forgot password?, enter your email, and follow the link in the message.
Settings → Billing → Open billing portal, then cancel in the Stripe portal. You keep Premium until the end of the current period. See Subscription.
No. Strategies, progressions, templates, and the full session history stay. Only autoplay is disabled until you upgrade again.
Email support@spinstrategy.app. Standard support aims to reply within 24 hours; Premium customers get priority support, typically under four hours. The Discord community is open to everyone.
Check the round count against the spins you actually played, look for skipped rounds after a connection drop, and contact support with the session ID.
No. Closed sessions are read-only.
Not from the app today. Contact support if you need a session removed.
Forever, on every plan.
Not while a session that uses it is open. Close the session or remove the strategy from it, then edit. Cloning the strategy and editing the clone also works.
They are hidden from your library and past sessions keep referencing them by name. Past sessions show a strategy's latest saved configuration, not a snapshot from the time of play.
Not from the app yet. Use share links to move a strategy between accounts: the recipient clones it into their library.
Win rates depend on the bet. A single number wins about 2.7% of spins on a European wheel, red/black about 48.6%, a dozen about 32.4%. American wheels are slightly lower. Short-term variance is normal; judge a strategy over at least 100 spins.
Over 100 or more spins any positive ROI is excellent. Long term most players should expect a slightly negative ROI matching the house edge. Focus on limiting losses during cold streaks, protecting profit during hot ones, and consistent bankroll management.
Run sessions with the strategies you want to compare and open each session's detail page. The Strategies accordion shows per-strategy results for that session. There is no cross-session aggregate on the Strategies page; use the Sandbox and Simulation tabs to compare configurations before playing.
